Audrey Love (1993, Roseburg, OR) is an artist located in the PNW working in oil paint and watercolor.
As a teenager she was home schooled which gave her the creative freedom to pursue art and attend University art classes. She spent much of her formative years at the University art facility and continued to take many art courses throughout college.
After her junior art show, Audrey was on track to graduate as an Art major; however, she soon discovered a passion for social science with a focus on women’s studies, and changed course, graduating as a Sociology major, with an Art minor. Her decision to change her major to sociology has informed her life path and the artwork she creates today.
Audrey’s recent paintings are inspired by women, the time she spends in nature, and her experience working in social services. Her most recent subject matter explores the topic of reproductive justice, freedom, and bodily autonomy.
